[Sport Chek] Energetics Adjustable Kettlebell - 99.98

Note - lowest setting is 20lb which is still a lot for people.

I like this one because the form factor feels like a regular kettlebell.

From the website:
Energetics Adjustable Kettlebells allow for countless exercises in your home and at the studio. The adjustable 20lb to 40lb kettlebell provides you with many possibilities for strength training. Made of cast iron with a solid handle that supports a comfortable swing. These kettlebells help tone muscle groups and improve core strength, as well as modify muscle lines and strengthen muscle fibers. Ideal for a variety of exercises at home or at the gym (aerobics, walking, step training). A space-efficient and flexible training option that can replace the clutter of several kettlebells. Adjustable from 20 lb to 40 lb, in 5 lb increments: 20 lb, 25 lb, 30 lb, 35 lb and 40 lb.

FYI it appears that these are the exact same physical product as the Adjustable kettlebell offered by the Northern Lights brand from fitness depot for $199.88. I’ve always been a fan of the quality of their stuff as it offers good value for money.

hope it isn't like the one below. The weight retainer clip is plastic so it might break off overtime and weight will fall out while swinging.

For beginners, can I get a good workout with just 1 kettlebell or do I need a pair? and how does this compare to the bowflex one?

Technically you don’t even need any weights if you’re a beginner. So yeah, you definitely can do a workout with only 1.

This one is better for heavier lifters as it starts at 20lbs while the Bowflex starts at 8 then 12lbs

Was 25x a personal offer? I don't have it in my offers this week :(
