I say buy the one with the stand. I have a very similar hanging punching bag that is screwed into the joists in my basement. Everytime I punch you can feel the vibrations on the main floor.

I understood, I just forgot not everyone has a access to a full gym in their garage with ample space to hang a heavy bag. Cheers.
