So are these socks super thin then? Like thinner than your normal average everyday sock?

And since it's a liner sock, then basically it's not meant to be worn on its own without a second sock on top?

I think people who do intense hiking/back country camping kind of stuff probably wear it as an actual liner.

I have the icebreaker liner socks and they are thinner than normal ones. I just wear as normal, and they are so damn good. I know these prolly won't be as good, but for $4 it will still be nice.

I bought these early in the summer at $9.95.

They are quality and comfortable, but as others said, they are very thin. Not a winter sock at all.

They almost feel like a dress sock. I bought them thinking I could use them for hiking but they were way thinner than I expected.

Pretty Good price at $4 though

Thanks for the post! I ordered 30 pairs.

I started wearing Merino wool socks a few years ago and they are all I wear now for daily use. Until now I have mostly worn Icebreaker or Smartwool lifestyle and liner socks but these are a steal at $4! I have a few pair of these already and they are just as good. I will still buy the other brands from time to time because I like the different colours and designs as well as ankle socks options.
These socks are just as comfortable as cotton etc. but the reason why I buy them is because my feet and shoes no longer smell when wearing them!
