@link0118 , could you recommend any of below items a good buy? I found they can work with BOGO well. Thanks!

@wildzero, for squash Dunlop is a fairly reputable brand. These 2 rackets are head-light models which means that you'll be able to maneuver your racket easier to have better technique, but you'll feel a little less "oomf" in your power. Great to learn though!

however if you just want to start and start cheap, then the diadora one is good to start, but don't expect performance from this

@imnovayu I personally have a biomimetic which I love using, however mine is not the HL (head light) version. Similar in all sports the equipment really depends on your playing style. The head light will mean you have better maneuverability with the head of the racket on the court, but you sacrifice some power.

I think the aerogel is a SOLID SOLID racket though. looking at the specs I think this one is a very well rounded racket more suited for the intermediate player. I've tried my friend's aerogel (not the exact same model but same line) and the feel is also great! good pick ups either of these depending on your play style!

Any recommendations for an intermediate badminton player?
If you have the arm for it the Yonex Duora Z-strike is an amazing racket. Slightly head heavy and well balanced, unfortunately not on sale at sportchek.

Honestly being an intermediate player, I wouldn't even look at the major brands anymore unless they start offering more then the 3U / 4U weights in their usual specs.

Should be looking at other brands that offer specific BP, stiffness index and weight ranges in grams to factor your purchase decision.

Seems like sportchek isn't stocking higher end racquets as much for Yonex brand... Still no Astrox 88.

I'm an intermediate player - any recommendations between the Yonex Voltric Power or the Wilson Blaze 300? (I recently picked up the Wilson when it was discounted to the same price as the Yonex, but haven't used it yet).

@ExcelPremium I'm a badminton player myself. You won't find good deals for high end racquets, however for intermediate players, I find something like the Voltric Power does pretty good for a balance player that likes to smash a lot

https://www.sportchek.ca/categories/sho ... =332628885

or if you're somebody who likes to be quick and play more of a drive game, or cut of smashes/poor lifts, then the lite model is better suited for your playing style

https://www.sportchek.ca/categories/sho ... =332750839
The voltric lite was $29.99 a couple weeks ago, I picked up one for my son.
On a separate note if some one is looking for a good advanced racquet get the Duora 10. It’s a well balanced racquet , a bit pricey though.
Price match in store and get it shipped from Sportchek (PM with Canuck Stuff @ $199.99)
With BOGO 50 off it’s going to cost to good.
