[Sport Chek] Spend $200 at Sportcheck with Triangle and get $75 in CT money

Haven't seen any post on this, thought a good deal if you have Triangle card.

Spend $200 or more at Sport Check with Triangle credit card and get $75 in CT money or spend $100 and get $30. Offer valid IN-STORE ONLY between June 29th - June 30th, on qualifying purchases.

You can also get $30 in CT Money if you spend $100 (pre-tax) or more. It's one or the other promotion.

Also, fine details:
Promotional Disclaimer:

*The Triangle Rewards Program is owned and operated by Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited. Triangle™ Mastercard®, Triangle™ World Mastercard® and Triangle™ World Elite Mastercard® are issued by Canadian Tire Bank. Rewards are in the form of electronic Canadian Tire Money® (CT Money®). No paper Canadian Tire Money will be issued. Only available to My Canadian Tire Money® program Members. Minimum $100 spend is on the pre-tax amount on the same tender. Excludes select brands and styles. Not valid on gift cards, tickets, layaways, inter-store sales, shipping charges or Service Shop services. Other exceptions may apply. See in-store for details. Not all items sold at Sport Chek are eligible to earn CT Money or to be redeemed for. Conditions apply. Visit triangle.com for full program rules and Partner location information. The offered rate is exclusive of any bonus or promotional offers or redemption transactions. CT Money is collected on the pre-tax amount of the purchase at Sport Chek.
No mention about what brands would be considered excluded however.

You can spend CT Money but the amount you actually pay needs to be over the amount to qualify for the promotion.

For example: You redeem $30.00 on e-CT Money on a $230.00 purchase, you'll be eligible for $75.00 as the amount will still be $200.00. However, if you redeem CTM and it brings you below the threshold, you won't qualify (in this case you'll still get $30 CTM as its $30 over $100 and $75 over $200)

no, I don't think so.
on transactions that you redeem your Canadian Tire money, you will not earn any CT money. this has been their rule for many years. unless things have changed.

Anyone know if this will work with the Canadian Tire Options MAstercard? I still haven't received my Triangle card in the switchover.

Yes, options is the same as Triangle. I think you'll receive new card with triangle logo once it's close to card expiry date.
