These balls are used for myofascial release similar to a foam roller. Alternative would be a lacrosse ball which likely costs more than $1 shipped.

In all seriousness though I've used a single lacrosse ball for this type of thing and find it works well. Might have to pick this up.

From what I read on the description I think it's two traction encasings for massage balls that are sold separately. Says "Holds 2 x TriggerPoint Massage Balls" and that they are sold separately. Still seems like a good deal, but less hot if you have to buy the massage balls along with it.

You'll need balls of some sort (tennis or other) to put in these..

The sportchek website states “massage balls sold separately” so looks like it’s just the sleeve for $1.

Stupid sportchek customer service weren't picking up the phone, I filed an online form to cancel the order but of course they shipped it apparently before reading the message.
