Sportchek Exchange

I just bought Nike shoes from Sportchek during Black Friday, but I end up didn't liking the color scheme, and want to exchange for another color scheme. Now the prices have gone back up, and the new color scheme one is only available online. What's the best way to "exchange" it if I can exchange in-store?

Just call ahead, ask to speak to a Supervisor and let them know what you want to do. Sportchek's customer service is generally quite good.

I'm pretty sure they can work something out with you. Worst case you might have to order the one online, then do an exchange with price override in store. Have done that myself without issues once they understood what I wanted.
