Unlikely, it's a softshell. Might be okay for moderate activity like hiking in the spring or autumn. If you run and you sweat, it will get all clammy inside. It's also not a winter jacket. You need insulated layers for -20

Would not be warm enough at -20 without layers under. I have run with the Gamma MX in temps like -5 to 8 ish degrees with just a tshirt under. However that one has a fleece like interior for more warmth. I doubt the LT has a little if any insulation so would be more an active spring/fall jacket.
