For those who's orders were cancelled by Google, did you contact Spotify to get a refund of the initial $9.99? If so, what is the best way to get a hold of Spotify support??

Might be a stupid question, but Spotify has a 14 day refund policy, so would there be an issue if you ordered your google home mini, received it in 5-6 days, and then refunded your premium membership?
seriously?

Cool. I've been a Premium subscriber for 4 years, and I now get nothing thanks to all the scammers on this forum. I hope Spotify screws you all over.

Yes but better to cancel after you received it. If your estimated date is early may, I think google prolly won't cancel your order but its a lot safer to wait a bit

This is what Spotify is sending as a generic message to users who's orders got cancelled:
Hello there,

This is a follow up email regarding your Google Home mini issue.

Google should have emailed you regarding the cancellation of your order. We don’t have any more information our end, and we’re unable to provide you with a new code.

If you have any questions we recommend contacting Google Store directly.

Thanks,

Ray

Spotify Customer Support
It's BS, Google blames Spotify claiming that they can't place a new order without a code/link for the discount, then Spotify blames Google. These two big companies are looking to screw some of us over and not provide support, it's incredibly disappointing. As a first time user, my experience so far has been full of support chats and I'm not having fun. Anyone have any suggestions for what our options are?
