Spray Foam & Caulk For All Holes?

What’s the consensus about closing off all holes in kitchen/bathroom cabinets where pipes come in or out? Is the best approach to spray foam these so no critters come in or out? Or should this only be done for areas that are against outside walls?

We have been dealing with silverfish after moving into our homes. We just had the exterminators come and spread boric acid dust along all baseboards and skylights. We are already seeing many show up dead and or stunned which is a good sign but I want to take things to the next level. We are hiring a company to come and completely seal the exterior of our home but for the inside of the home, there are several areas like the pipes coming into cabinetry or Ethernet/speaker wires where they didn’t really seal off the holes.

Any recommendations on best approach?

I use stainless steel wool. Used to live in townhouse complex with common shared wall, so the only way to be 100% pest proof, at least, in my living area is to seal the pipe and electricity gap along the wall.

If you have baseboard heater, there's a gap where wire connect to the baseboard heater.

Spray foam should work, caulking is even tougher.
In fact in Rand McNally they wear hats on their feet and hamburgers eat people

The drain pipes that goes into the drywall? Just drywall mud it....
But you will still get bugs, they come through the floor vent registers, the air return vents, spaces between drywalls, etc...
