The 38s are a good improvement over the 37, largely solving the heel slippage issues.
There's a great, detailed review on RunRepeat

These'll be my first pair of Pegasuseses (Pegusi?); looking forward to trying them out! They're replacing an old pair of Cosmic 2s, and going into rotation along with a pair of Ultraboost DNA Montreals.

How good is the quality of these shoes and for long period of time of walking? I’m on my feet for a good 8 hrs a day!

Looking to get walking shoes for long periods of time. One for me and one for grandma must have good knee support due to past acl tear and knee issues. Appreciate the replies not worried bout specific brand names either.

I actually bought arch fit sketchers today at the Milton outlet for 109.99 it feels really good but always wanted to try another brand too!

I also found Nike air zooms for 104.00 https://www.thebay.com/product/nike-men ... lsrc=aw.ds

The Pegasus line are mostly meant for running; I'm sure the Pegasus would be fine, but you'd be better off getting something that's specifically made for walking or standing on your feet all day. RunRepeat is a great resource for shoe reviews; they've got lists specifically for "standing around all day", "best walking shoes", etc. Click on "Guides" at the top and scroll down until you find the "Walking Shoes" section. There's a ton of helpful info on the site.

Isn't the Sun Run just a 10k? Unless you're planning on running competitively, I think the Vaporflys or Alphaflys are probably massive overkill. I've done 10ks in my cheap, old Cosmic 2s; I wasn't exactly setting any records, but they were fine for the job. The 38s are built as (relatively) affordable mid-long range trainers; they'll be great for a 10k road run.

I love the pegasus line for running but for walking I think ultraboost is still the most comfortable shoe.

UB sucks for running IMO.
stubhub and clearly.ca suck, like really suck
