There is a coupon on McDonalds app for a $3.99 large sandwich ( Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, McChicken Fillit or 6 nuggets) with the stack $2 credit wouold be $1.99

FYI, coupon offers differ by region it looks like as I don't see a $2.49 Mama Burger one. Bummer.
