Does that mean the $19.95 option won't work, since it's less than $20? The next tier up is $64.40

I didn't know what twitch.tv was, so I checked it out. It's a site that plays surprise audio just by visiting it, without you clicking on anything. I don't know what else twitch.tv does, but when I encounter a website that does that, I immediately close the window and never go back.

Twitch.tv is a site where people live stream gaming as well as their everyday lives such as travel, food and etc. Bits are used as donation currency to cheer to your live streamer. *The fyi for people who dont know what the site is.

The credit is up to $20. So you'll get $19.95 credited to your card if you purchase that tier.

Isn't that in USD though? App says "We'll credit you up to $20 (CDN) when the charge goes through" and at the bottom "Minimum of $20 worth of twitch bits needs to be spent"

I can buy bits in CAD... $9.99 CAD for 500 bits, so buy two

If you read the fine print it says that "minimum of $20 worth of Twitch Bits needs to be spent to redeem the offer". But the costs of bits are in USD, so if the exchange rate is factored in, it should theoretically work?

The 1500 bits for $28.99 CAD seems to be the minimum eligible amount, so you will effectively get 1500 bits for $8.99

Twitch sometimes has promos for buying bits, last one I remember was 1 USD for 500 bits

I think it's an internet FM radio broadcast, for gamers...

And just as an example on what these bits can be used for (besides direct donation to a streamer), check out the playhearthstone channel.
Using 1300 bits would get you 8 classic, 4 witchwood and 2 boomsday packs for Hearthstone. You would need to link a battle.net account to Twitch in order to claim them.

Didn't know 'pwned' and 'newb' were still used in 2018.

Damn I read “Twix bits” and for a good minute I was worried I might die from $20 worth of Twix.
RFD: Pick any two.
