Just found a coupon code for Windscribe that is supposed to be expired but works! Use code MMSAVE to bring down the already discounted vpn from $22.49 to $12.37. I would imagine it works with the yearly and lifetime also.

Got this a few months ago at 18$ on stacksocial as well.

Lots of people came back to me with negative stuff but none of that stuff applied to me so far. I'm getting great speeds, there's a Netflix server, Torrents work and its very easy to use

I've never used stacksocial before, but I've seen it on here. How does it work if I already have a windscribe account - do they just send a voucher code or something? Also, I'm seeing the price on there as $22.49, not $12.37 USD?

Will always depend on the file but I've had some single torrents go up to 12MB/s (Not mbps!). Was super impressed. The SOCKS5 connections however are a bit iffy and don't always work too well, but at least they do.

I had a trial account before signing up and just added the license to my account painlessly. See the coupon code in OP

Can't believe I missed that. And yep, just did it; it was as easy as adding a voucher code. Cheers!

It is a bit of a waste to use a full VPN connection just for torrents, especially here in Canada where nobody has yet been found by courts to infringe copyright by simply torrenting.
For torrents, Windscribe offers (included with a VPN Pro subscription like the one in the OP) a SOCKS5 proxy service, which simply spoofs the IP displayed by your Torrent client, without the need for any encryption or rerouting of actual download/upload streams. With your real IP not being visible, copyright owners will never know who is doing the torrenting.
With SOCKS5, your maximum torrenting speed is whatever your internet provider provisions on your line.
Using Windscribe's Netherlands SOCKS5 proxy, I always download (well-seeded) torrents at the maximum speed of my DSL line. Their USA SOCKS5 proxy is iffy sometimes.

I can attest Windscribe works in China, was using the crappy 10 gb free version on my phone and PC. wish it was cheaper though for lifetime.

newbie question.

#1) my router can setup VPN (asus n66r). Once it is setup in the router. Do I need to setup my all device?
#2) Does people setup their router or per their devices? (example tv box android, fireTV, chrome PC or tablet (wifi))?
#3) does this make kodi's apps less loading when viewing online video? Internet performance will be better?

Please... I still trying learn ...when we need VPN services....beside hiding our ip.

Thank you.

I'd love to know this as well. I signed up for VPN Unlimited and simply run the Windows Client. But is it possible for my Fido Router to access the VPN so that I'm covered when I use my Android box as well?

FYI I work for a law firm in downtown Toronto, and I routinely help one particular lawyer send out Cease and Desist letters to people who bit torrent movies from the studio who is a client of ours. (I have to do a mail merge to around 10,000 letters that then get e-mailed out.) The Internet Service Providers supply our law firm with the user's IP addresses, so yes if you are using bit torrent, then having something like SOCKS5 or a VPN would be a good idea.

Nice!
Those "Notice of Infringement" emails (which Bell forwards to me on behalf of your law firm) annoyed me (and many others) so much that, eventually, I had to get a paid subscription to a SOCKS5 proxy service.
To the movie studio client of yours I say: "Mission accomplished" (unless the mission was to stop me from torrenting, in which case, "no dice").
