Damn it I got the exact same for 24usd last month. :(

So far so good. Only thing I don't like compared to windscribe is that I can only get like US netflix and not from korea or japan for example.
Other than that, speed and connection are fine.

I am also very curious to find out what kind of black magic Windscribe is using to allow streaming without rotating IP addresses. I suspect the dedicated streaming servers are using residential IP and rotate them on a regular basis to bypass blacklisting.

I tried ordering again, it told me I can only use the coupon once. I think it is working since I ordered it before I created this post.

It's almost free for lifetime. When something is free you are the product. I wonder what they are gaining by offering this plan.

We've been using VPN Unlimited for about a year now. We got it as a backup to Windscribe. I have zero issues with it. The speed's been great. Since it has a dedicated streaming area, those specific servers sometimes work better than Windscribe's. Using the BBC iPlayer is one example.

With VPN Unlimited, you're using locations and each location has a few different servers. If you're trying to unblock something and it doesn't work, turn the location off and on again to get a different IP address and that one might work. For my device, its IKEv2 protocol works faster than Wireguard for some reason...

Every time they have this promotion the connection speed suffers for a couple of months.
Torrent downloading is slow and will disconnect and reconnect so make sure you use the kill switch.
Their tech support is very responsive and helpful.
I find it a good backup or starter VPN service

I was getting frequent notices for torrent downloading, until I started using Keepsolid for free. I was using their 6-months of free service until last week, can't complain about the service.

So bit the bullet and purchased this one. I see the total charge CA$17.04. Hopefully service remains the same for torrents. Even if I could use it for next few years, it's worth it IMO.

I'm still on the free 6 month trial and I shared my account with two friends. Nothing bad happened to me for account sharing.

I think for us, using SOCKS5 in torrent and make sure to disallow un-encrypted traffic should bypass your ISP or DMCA type warning. I have been using IronSocket SOCKS5 for torrents for years until I stopped renewing a few months back. KeepSolid has a free SOCKS5 that everyone can use.

No, for Apple TV, you have to setup VPN on the router side or Smart DNS service like Control-D

One thing I noticed it is different than other VPN is KeepSolid uses a device system, where I register a device to create a profile. Other companies would just kick off the earliest users when the quota is full. That means, with KeepSolid, I can create a single profile using OpenVPN or IKEv2 and apply to all my other devices without having to worry the device limit.

They also have system in place to prevent device deletion for a week, make your choice carefully.
