Looks like a pretty good deal if anyone is looking to buy Microsoft bundle. Also comes with several training courses.
Not sure how long lifetime really means.
Use MS20 for additional 20% discount

Edit: added discount code

As a digital marketer, and an owner of over a dozen lifetime subscriptions.
Lifetime deals means nothing.
It's at the discretion of the owner (MIcrosoft, in this case) to change their terms and conditions any time they want when they do not see fit.
I don't recommend anyone to buy lifetime deals outside of Appsumo. They are the only reliable marketplace for lifetime deals.
Stacksocial is among the worst lifetime deals marketplaces when it comes to buying such products. They rarely honor their own policy. They will get give you the run around when you try to refund.

Looks like this is a bundled version of the MS Office Professional 2021 (stacksocial) deal from earlier this month. OP, you might want to mention 'MS Office Professional 2021' in the title as some people may assume that this is a deal for MS Office 365 (which would have definitely been an amazing deal). This is just a version of Office with a perpetual license. It is not a subscription.

Notice that there's a Windows version, and a Mac version. There's difference in the bundled software (e.g. Publisher and Access on Windows)

Windows: https://www.cnet.com/tech/services-and- ... master-it/
Mac: https://www.cnet.com/tech/services-and- ... -64-today/

For $80, it's not your human life-time. But the life-time for the software...say 2 years or so. (Till they drop software support for 2021...say, in 2023 or 2024)

If one were to go with monthly subscription, and decided to go with this bundle, you'd be ahead after about 6 months or so. That is, it's a deal if you can use it for more than 6 months....if you don't have access to HUP or something.

Just MS Office 2021 subscription.
Pretty sure lifetime means only as long as 2021 gets updates.
So like 2-3 years before MS comes out with 2023 or something and then outlook and teams stop working?
Office 365 subs are cheaper or free if your work provides it :-)

Which subscription plan...and for how many months are we talking about?

p.s. I noticed that Microsoft is now calling it Microsoft 365...and not Office 365:

This is what I'm trying to figure out.

To me, the posts relating to 'subscription', 'lifetime', etc. are just noise. This is just your typical purchase of software as we've done since the dawn of personal computing. The programme is useful until MS stops supporting it (which looks to be Oct.2026; link). Even longer if you don't care about security patches.

The question, really, is how legitimate this is relative to buying a similar license key off of eBay.

Please get "lifetime subscription" out of the title. It is in no way a subscription. Very misleading.
Several posts have said this already but you haven't yet made the change.

As suggested by the site it’s lifetime subscription if it’s your lifetime or products lifetime I will let the user to decide but not you or me.

Downvote if you want.

It does not say *subscription*, it says *license*.

Might as well add this in which explains the differences between Office 2021 licenses (this offer) and Microsoft 365 subscriptions (something different), this next bit comes from Microsoft:

"
Office 2021 is a one-time purchase that comes with classic apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for PC or Mac, and does not include any of the services that come with a Microsoft 365 subscription. One-time purchases don’t have an upgrade option, which means if you plan to upgrade to the next major release, you'll have to buy it at full price.

Microsoft 365 is a subscription that comes with premium apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access (Publisher and Access available on PC only). The apps can be installed on multiple devices, including PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, Android tablets, and Android phones. Microsoft 365 also comes with services like 1 TB of OneDrive storage, 60 Skype minutes per month, and Microsoft chat and phone support. With a subscription, you get the latest versions of the apps and automatically receive updates when they happen.

Learn more about the differences between Microsoft 365 and Office 2021 in Office Support, or use the comparison chart to help you pick the right Office version for your needs.

You are wrong.
It is not a subscription. Subscription is for office 365. It gives lot more than just ms office like upgraded onedrive storage, upgraded mobile office and so on.

The sale is for onetime office license like good old days... It is for lifetime as you can keep using it it for ever. The updates will stop at somepoint but you can still use it. Like office 2005 can still be used.

The sale is genuine but the OP's wording is wrong.
