Fifa21 was on sale (20$) along with others till yesterday but that sale ended & was for pro members only.
Now it's on sale for 26.40 for everyone.
for Stadia you don't need a subscription to play any game, the only limiting factor is you play at 1080p stereo.

I know many will say "it will be dead soon". but that's not the case IMO. They have closed their internal studio but they are hiring new people, games announced for 2022, more than 100 games coming this year, android tv support and many other things suggest to me that it will stay for long.
