Standalone Watch Plan?

I want to get an Apple Watch with LTE for convenience of not needing my phone with me all the time. But my employer pays for my phone so I can't add a watch plan on it. What's the cheapest standalone plan that I can get just for the watch?

Thanks!

$10. Only with bell and Telus though. If you want to send and receive texts though, you will need to remote connect to it and keep your phone on (leave at home if you want)

If you're looking to have a plan billed just for your Apple watch that is separate from your cell phone bill, not sure that's possible. Apple watch doesn't fully function as a standalone device yet and the LTE capability requires to be provisioned/activated through the iPhone watch app. Because the eSIM profile is downloaded through the paired iPhone, the plan for both the watch and iPhone need to be on the same account - as far as I am aware.
