I might be wrong but Affinity have nothing even remotely similar to adobe premiere element, do they ?

Weird that it's windows only. When did adobe start differentiating between mac and windows since creative cloud?

Went to bestbuy and got a copy. How do they activate this for you? Apparently the copy won't work of you don't buy it at the store. Can anyone comment on that ?

God I wish photoshop could be purchased still...Elements according to a list I saw doesn't even have hardware acceleration. i got a taste of actually owning CC for a few days when my work I guess accidentally gave me full access. I thought it was just a new thing, but then it got revoked a week later and made me sad. Best I can get is 240$ a year, which is a joke. Tempted to go find out what I'm actually missing if I just use photshop Cs6...

I spoke with Adobe chat they are saying it does support you acceleration but it was a very long road to get them to commit to that, do you have any link to say it doesn't for 2020?

Tried to price match with Bestbuy but no dice. Was hoping to price match it at $89 and then apply the $20 off $80 coupon. Agent said Staples is the download version while Bestbuy's is a physical version.
