Not sure what you mean by that. I extended my Bell Fibe Internet with these units so that I can connect to all of my Apple journaled Hard Drives. Bell Fibe doesn't recognize Apple journaled hard drives. I now have 4 Airport Extreme unit throughout my house to extend my network. My home has blazing fast Internet on all three levels of my home. No more dead zones.

This wifi tech is 10 years old. As a previous owner of one of these, try a Wifi 6 router instead.

I upgraded to the Amazon eeros.

This would have been a good deal in 2015. I still have one but it’s a discontinued and unsupported product that got its last critical security update last year.

Go for something that supports more modern protocols, has better wifi chips and still gets support from the manufacturer.

I was going to say, I don't think Apple has updated these in years. Probably better off to just get a newer router - range may be better to the extent that you won't need to buy multiple units...

This is not Wifi 6. Better to save your money unless you like collecting Apple stuff.

Works awesome and I have better connectivity to a home with all 'Apple devices'. Just my two cents. For a little over $200, I improved my home network. Not a waste of money in my opinion. And I have solid Hard Drive and Time Machine connectivity to all of my Apple products.

I wouldn't spend even $50 on these. I had these 5 yrs ago and once I connected few smart home devices the connection literally crawled. It might be good if you are connecting couple of notebooks and cellphones.

Lots connected to my network. No issue ever with connecting Smart Home Devices. My network connects to Fibe TV, 3 iPads, 2 MacBook Pros, 5 Apple TV's, 3 iPhones, 20+ Smart lights, Nest Thermostat, Chromecast, Google Home Devices and my work PC equipment.

5 Apple TV's holy. What's the point of having so many in one household?

You don't have to rent Bell Equipment. Plus I got them for free with AirMiles. Just like my 16" MacBook Pro, my 13" MacBook Pro, my Canon DLSR Camera, my 12.9" Apple iPad Pro, three Sony Bluetooth Speakers and a few other things. All free. It easy to collect AirMiles. Next on my list this year will be a free M1 MacBook Pro and the new Apple TV's when they are released. Pays off to be an ONYX Airlines member.

Might want to return this decade old technology.
As an apple user myself I can tell you apple is severely lacking in networking tech.

You should instead look at these:
Ubiquiti Unifi series wifi 6, mesh solutions
Eero mesh
Netgear mesh
