You need to use PPPOE bypass modem

I bought the same router last month with the same price, but I was able to use an online $10 coupon, and it was the demo unit with additional 10% off

As omgiloveu says, need to set up PPPoE session with b1 in modem.

However... do you have the GigaHub? The stock firmware does not do PPPoE. You need to go on the Bell Direct forum at DSLReports and ask for the latest firmware to be pushed to it. Or call Bell and explain over & over that you want to do PPPoE from your router until you get someone that finally clues in. I suggest the DSLReports route.
