Yes I will never suggest a 32” 1080p as a monitor. 1440p is perfect though.

Way too big for 1080p.
If you’re sitting 2-3 feet away and using as a primary monitor, what’s the ideal size? I’m thinking no more than 24” and 1080p is sufficient? Any brand/mode recommendations at this size for programming, browsing and moderate gaming?

Keep it simple, folks. 1080p for a 32" has not been acceptable since 2015.

1440p is the minimum.
4K is the Black Friday goal.

God bless.

How many grandmas do you know that use 32" monitors?

Wait for the PrimeCables 32" IPS TV sale at $99, that was a great TV for young children and certain elderly folks.

totally agree, when I got my new rig few months ago, I was originally thinking either 32" 1080 or two 24" 1080, then Acer 32" 1440 on sale and took the plunge, working on spreadsheets is totally awesome, a lot more coverage

I don't even game but I think this is great for gamers at down to earth gpu, 1080p at high detail, yes?

A couple of years ago this would be over $400 iirc.
