BlackBerry dTEK50 Refurbished is on sale @ Staples for $229.43 or even less if you have a coupon. I got an additional $15.00 off. So $214.43. Decent price.

No idea. I'll know in a couple days when I get it. Should be good. I'm upgrading from a Z30....excited.

Staples was selling the refurb Dtek50 for $150cad a month ago.

I picked up a Dtek50 refurb then for my girl. Basically perfect condition.

This is still a good price though.

I got the dtek50 yesterday, and it was in bad shape. At least 5 good scratches on the screen, chip around the edge, it was very dirty and no headset. I returned it today. Unreal. And very disappointed.

Wow, that is unacceptable....I hope you took pics of the phone...suggest you send an email to Staples corporate with the info and condition of the phone..

They may provide something for your feedback (or not) but seems like an opportunity for improvement if Staples corporate cares about their customers....

That shouldnt happen...
