This is a good price. I don't know why anyone would down vote you for this.

I would buy it if I actually print a lot of photos. But I still have at least half a box of the hp photo paper at home.

The hp photo paper makes a huge difference in the prints.

How is it supposed to work? I added 2 in cart but it is showing price for 2 instead of 1.

Each item that is eligible has a coupon number -- use that coupon on checkout to reduce the price down back to 1 unit.
