Maximum width for this one is 2.4".
For shipping labels, you'll want something like the Dymo 4XL (great machine).

Are any iron-on fabric tapes available in market/compatible with this label maker for children's clothes and gear identification? (Something similar to letratag?)

Does this come with any labels?
The description doesn't seem to say anywhere

its definitely a convenience thing
label things: boxes, folders etc
if you mail a lot of things, its easier to use a label rather than handwriting packages/letters
it's like a p-touch, but with larger labels.
you can even print return shipping labels when you return items to amazon/costco etc.

edit: ok maybe not shipping labels afterall, this thing can print labels up to 2.4in. Definitely too small for shipping labels

I do all my nutritional/ingredients labels for my products. Excellent price. Great for small businesses or anybody who does a lot of labelling.
The Dymo450 rarely goes below $100. Works great.
