Yeah. I was debating the 1080p model on the refurb site but this being brand new has me tempted.

Any of these have wifi remote and Bluetooth audio out?

Looking for a small ceiling mounted projector that I can control via home automation and use Bluetooth headsets, for bedroom use...

I wanted the 1080p one but didn’t want to spend much more than $400. At $424 I’ll give this one a try. If it performs poor, I’ll just return it.

I am talking about $130 more for a vastly better piece of equipment. Obviously there are diminishing returns at some point. This is not a good example of that at all, so your argument is just wrong.

Sounds like you don't know anything about projectors. Resolution, contrast, auto iris, lens quality, flexibility, features... almost every aspect is vastly superior in the HC2100, and it's not even close. If you put the two projectors side by side for home use, this one would look like shit compared to the HC2100. I'm trying to help people. But keep on your false premise.

Looks like I hit a nerve eh? What's next "my house is bigger than your house"...

Point is not everybody has an unlimited amount of disposable income..and an extra 150$ might be more than what the OP wants to spend.

Don't forget lumens, throw distance, aspect ratio, lense shift, digital keystone, inputs and replacement lamp cost just to name a few.... Face With Stuck-out Tongue And Tightly-closed Eyes

Stay away from 720p unless you prefer low quality picture quality.

No Bluetooth or any audio out except through a poor speaker and as someone who's had a refurb 740hd for 4 years it can get annoying for Xbox one and Chromecast.

I use a firestick on it which routes audio through a Bluetooth soundbar which works well and 720p is still pretty good with HD content downscaled.

If you need audio out I'd go for a 1080p like this one and add a Bluetooth transmitter in the audio out port. https://epson.ca/Clearance-Centre/Home- ... 1H707020-N

Nope, don't agree. Keep the projection size 70" or less and the picture will be sharp and clear- epson is good choice.
