If you have a iphone go with the Apple Watch 3. With Watch OS 6.1.1 its far superior in every way. Apple products are expensive but can't be beat for smoothness and efficiency.

If you want a smart watch for Sleep Tracking then the Versa 2 is your only option between the two. The Series 3 doesn't have a long enough battery life nor any "native" Apps (made/supplied by Apple) for it.

If you don't really care, and you have an iPhone and you're considering the Series 3 at that price it's honestly a no-brainer to go with the Series 3.

Just checked and 71130 code does not work for the Fitbit versa 2

Yes if you don't care about the sleep tracking and can handle having to charge the watch every night or morning then the Series 3 still blows the Versa 2 away as long as you have an iPhone.

slight exaggeration, this thing is supposed to have 5 day battery life, so real world, maybe expect 4 days (although, i prefer my amazfit bip with 45 day battery life)

The odd thing is that fitbit used to advertise this as a 5+ day battery but recently have switched this on their website to say 6+ days. Other retailers have followed and updated the descriptions to say 6+ days as well.

I'm referring to the Series 3 needing to be recharged every day, I'm not sure what you guys are mixing up in my statement. The Series 3 is only advertised for 18 hours of battery life.

They made changes in OS 4.1 to extend the battery life another day-ish. When you let the battery get below a certain % it automatically starts disabling some features to extend the life, so realistically there's no ACTUAL change to the battery life if you're actually using it.

However if you use the always-on display your battery life is still only going to be like a couple days.

Awesome. I'm in for one at that price. A smartwatch should last more than 24 and I think I'm okay accepting 5 days-ish. When I take it off to shower or so I'll just top up the battery. Hopefully that'll keep it running without needing a full charge.

Let's see how it plays out.

I love that it's a full featured smartwatch ;-)

Bought one on Monday with the 25$ off code.

Asked for price adjustment through chat, got 23$ back, which effectively brought the price down to 155$+tax for me.

Thanks so much OP!

This is what I do with my samsung gear s3 watch. It typically lasts 4 days, but every time I shower or get ready in the mornings I leave it charging and get an additional 15-20% gain. My watch can last me closer to 6-7 days like this.

You got lucky, the rep must of kept the $25 off code for you instead of reducing it to the $20.
