[Staples] Geeni DOORPEEK 1080p Smart Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera Sale $89.99 Reg $149.99

It's $10 cheaper than last months sale. go and get Price drop protection.

bought a couple of these last month. They rarely go on sale. Took about 20 mins mounting on my siding and hooking up the chime adapter for my old mechanical chime. I just removed the old doorbell button from the 2 existing wires and added the new Geeni doorbell. Porch Pirates Beware! Pretty good 1080p audio and video. By the way, I got a hum noise if i did not use the adapter.

I use these sdcards below to get the best performance from the DoorBell Camera.

Here's a photo my install from last month, I used the mechanical door chime adapter in the last photo

Don’t see any mention of chime adapter, nor do I see it come with one.

But genuinely interested

The big benefit is enabling rtsp:// so you can use it in a generic security setup.

Can you use this without installing the SD card. Any other ways to save the video footage.

Just in case someone steal the SD card and will have access to video footage

you can Subscribe to a monthly cloud storage fee, I don't subscribe myself, all my friends and family never had one stolen. I have cameras throughout my yard and one right about my doorbell camera. If my doorbell camera ever gets stolen, I will have footage from other cameras as backup.

Ordered. I have a ring, but I have not been happy about the inability to add an SD card and the annual feed. It is also too wide for the door frame. I will find another use for the ring cam if this works well...

I sync the doorbell to my 2.4ghz wifi with a usb power cable before hard mounting to my wall.
