Typical Staples, the model number 2DP98AA#ABC is for the 250 GB version. Order it and you’ll likely get 250 GB, not 500 GB.

We will see how staples deal with this. Cause on my order confirmation, the part number is not on there.... so even if they ship the 250, I may be able to argue it

Worst case, staples has free in home return pick up so nothing to lose (I dont even need to go out to return)

I have the 250GB version of this for a long time. Note that the S700 is a DRAM-less drive where as S700-pro has DRAM.

That being said, it is still way faster than mechanical HD. If indeed you can get a 500GB version for $50, it is a deal.

Staples screwed up the descriptions. The “250 GB” for $74.99 has the model number of the 500 GB, which is 2DP99AA#ABC.

Good deal if they honour the capacity, although it's a DRAM-less drive, for those who care. Still shows available for delivery for me.

Otherwise, if they ship the correct capacity, you can get much better 250GB/500GB drives for the same price lol
