I used 32GB Lexar microsd on my Galaxy Note2 and they are notoriously dying on me... I've used three already and they consistently die after a couple of months... I've used a different brand (Kingston) and so far so good (almost a year now)...

Just to make it easier for others to compare, 200x speed is about 30MB/s read speed (not a guaranteed speed either). It's comparable with Sandisk's Ultra product line, so it's nothing special in that regard.
