[Staples] MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Aero ITX 6G OC Graphics Card $209.98

I believe this is my first post. Not sure who's looking for a desktop gpu and tbh I don't know anything about computers but I checked this one and it seem to have good reviews on amazon. I understand it may be an older card but I'm assuming it still has value at $209. Staples has it for $270-30% off bringing it to $209.98 with free shipping to store. At checkout you need to add code 71430. You can also check cashback site and see how much staples is at right now. I didn't check that, I'd imagine around 2% minimum?

Not bad.

Look for Staples coupons gents.

Yea I'd imagine this might not be ideal for someone building a new high end gaming rig but for a medium end rig it sounds like a good price. I did some quick reading and it seems like it's a good card especially for that price. Cooling doesn't seem to be an issue. But.......like I said, I'm not a computer wizard.

The 1070ti for $499 - 30% off much better deal. Too bad it is oos.
The 1080ti for $900 as well.
Oh well, better keep the money and find a good deal on a 1660 super or ti imo.

Yep , without coupon the price is $210 and for that you can get 1650 super - which is equal to 1060 6gb ...

so all depends on the coupon you find

Yeah but that would have been $900 - 30% off clearance - $15 = $615 for a 2080 equivalent.
Oos so it is irrelevant I know.

Says only one coupon code per order? Any way around that?

I believe, you can check out as guest with different email id's for using the coupon multiple times...

1060 is still a good card, runs newest games on mid high settings.

Whatever u choose, get more vram, 6gb is better than 4gb.

Memory express had the rx590 for $209 weeks ago, similar performance as this 1060.

Also consider AMD has a promo for a free game with many of their recent cards.

I’ve been contemplating this decision myself all week. Problem is most of the monitors I’m looking at are G-Sync only.

Another consideration is that the 16xx super cards are notably more power efficient. This may save some of us from PSU upgrades. Nice bonus to keep the heat down.

590 is faster than 1060, so a 590 @ $209 is the better deal.
580 would be on par with a 1060.
