Can you link me a monitor that would be a better value for the money then? What would be the better option in this price range?

If you can get an Optix G271/G272 for $229, that's a pretty good deal. They go on sale at that price every few months it seems. I prefer 1080P at 27" (1440P at 32") but I need a higher refresh rate than 60/70Hz.
I have two G271 that I got for $230 for software development and they have been great. I would have a 3rd if the M1 supported 3 displays.

IF you have a question about a deal, this is not the place to post it
