[Staples] Norton Security Deluxe, Up to 5 Devices - Online only

For those like me that just stocks up on new keys on sale every year about this time, rather than renew at full price. (Wait until your current subscription expires and then just enter the new key then)

Note that this version is no longer stocked at any retail store, now replaced by Norton 360 which you must activate and signup for automatic renewal by credit card (even though you can cancel after that, but I don't want to have to give anyone a CC #)

(Norton Security should be supported indefinitely by Symantec as anyone can still renew their subscription to this version online anyway)

I haven't used Norton in 15 years or so. Does it still make your computer feel like it's carrying 70lb?

That said, I think the Malwarebytes $5 lifetime key promo might be still going on

Do people really still use paid AV software? Especially RFD people?!

I have a mix of PC's some with Norton, some with built-in Windows AV. I don't have it on the PC's I regularly use myself, but install it on all the other family members PC's where I'm less trusting on what they click on and want to get that extra stuff like Outlook email/anti-spam integration and "Safe Web" features. OK @ $20 for 5 PC's for me.

$20 for 5 devices is actually a boxing day price.

I wouldn't install it for 20$, not worth the trouble.
