Hey OP i think you mistook the kraken v3 x pricing with the kraken x. The v3 x is $83.83 on Amazon, unless you found somewhere else cheaper.

Anyways, I would recommend anyone looking to get this to go to Staples and Bestbuy first and see if the demo unit for the DeathAdder v2 feels comfortable.
It seems to be a common recommendation for people with larger hands but I found the curve very uncomfortable and went with the basilisk instead.

Pretty sure the same bundle cleared out at Costco for $100 a few months back. My guess is it could hit $100 at staples too before it runs out of stock.

The costco Bundle for $97 is the "Power up" bundle which comes with Razer Cynosa Lite gaming keyboard, Viper gaming mouse, and Kraken X Lite gaming headset

Many have commented recently that the mouse DeathAdder v2 is so-so in terms of reliabilty and comfort. I have this mouse since 2-3 months, so far so good on my side in terms of reliability. Regarding the comfort, it is pretty good IMO, I use it everyday as I m WFH so I need something good on this side of things. Good mouse, goes on sale regularly for about 50$+tx.
