Anyone know how the free earbuds will work? Will they just be included with the phone or will we have to pick them up later?
They'll probably come in the box alongside the Note.

Even though eventually you can get some great deals on Note in the past, I notice in general the regular S line always has by far the most hottest deals. I mean regular S line as in S10e, S10, in yrs past S9, S8, S7, etc. In general the deals on Note 9, Note 8, S10+, S9+, S8+, etc are not as smoking hot, with the Note line being the least hot deal of the Samsung flagship lines.

Not like it matters for current subscribers but in the US you get 6 months Spotify premium free with note10 purchase

Listen to your favorite music ad-free and even when you are offline. Get a free 6-month Spotify Premium trial when you reserve any Galaxy Note10 device.

My parents basement
Really struggling to make myself buy a note 10 with my EPP plan S10+ coming in at $300 brand new for the 128gb version.

128gb should be enough... I just need to clear videos and some photos off since they're backed up to my NAS and cloud server too.

I've been a Note-er for years and years and still use the S pen every day, but mostly for just gag meme editing and for some scrolling and selecting specific portions of screen to send photos to family... all things I can do WITHOUT an S pen but not nearly as fun.

But god damn $1160 for the note 10+ pre order with my EPP and the free buds, or $300 for the S10+.... ugh...

Other option, PO 2 note 10+ from staples for 1319 each, buy my S10+ for $300 from my work EPP and try sell it for $900 new but no guarantee I could do that. Then I'm out 300 for the 10+, 1320 for the note, that's 1620 then whatever I can get from sale (say 850) leaves me with probably around $800 for the note 10+ plus a bunch of work and stress.

And the majority of the deals or price drops that people say happen, in Canada, with Samsung S series, have been 90% been with Koodo and their tab system. BF the S series has been out over 6 months, with the Note only 3 months. And the Note does not drop in price with the next Gen s series comes out.

Outright prices of brand new Canadian spec and warrentied phones, from the carrier or Samsung do not drop outside of maybe $150 or $200 from Samsung, like is on now with s10 on the website, and will likely see again BF. The odd time Amazon may have a top quality refrub, or, non Canadian phone for cheaper, but hit or miss. I had a refurb Canadian s10+ in my cart for around 958$ right around Prime Day, but didn't pull the trigger.

With the Koodo tab system going away, the prices you can get in Canada for outright handsets for will likley remain closer to msrp. If can you do the legwork and have the set up to get phones via the US, you'll be paying much less.

Lol that's too easy of a decision.

But if you really want the Note 10+ why not get the S10+ now and then sell it and buy the Note.

If you're getting an S10+ for $300 you can resell it easily for $750-950 and then buy a note. Assuming the prices drops even a $100-250 for BTS it'll be even easier.

Or

Just buy the Note10+ now and call it a day. ;P

Can anyone confirm that the Note 10+ comes with the Snapdragon 855+?

Every reviewer has said the NA variant comes with the same SoC as the S10s but staples claims thiers comes with the newer 855+.

Some reviewers on YT also said a USB C to 3.5mm adapter comes in the box but staples doesn't list that in the contents of the box.

That's what I'm assuming but I don't know why staples has to write 855+.

There were lots of false rumours....
855+ was false
triple aperture camera-false
stainless steel- false.
IR remote blaster-false
no top speaker....using sound on display- False
ditch the headphone jack.....oh yeah, that was true.

Some mentioned it coming with the dongle but all the unboxing videos show just the USB-c headphones (active noise cancelling) but no dongle. I ordered some on ebay to have on hand.

Which dongle did you order.

Hardly ever going to use it but it'd be nice to have on hand.

I ordered a couple from China:
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/2X-Type-C-to-3- ... 2749.l2649

No big deal if it takes a month to arrive.
Exactly, the likelihood of me needing it is very slim with majority things having Bluetooth connection these days.

I have one friend though that still uses an aux tape cassette in their car as the it'ss from like '03-'04.

Going to order a couple through GCR for that 1.5% CB ;)

Thats a horrific price on a contract for the Note 10 there, you're barely getting any real subsidy on that deal, compared to buying from Staples 10% off. Note 10+ isn't worth $860 over a S10+, & I assume you're talking about prices before taxes so its close to $1000 after taxes

Doesn't seem like there's a way to choose the colour of the Buds?
