You guys ever have any issues with Staples not shipping stuff? I ordered a printer last Tuesday which was 6 days ago and the fedex tracking still displays "Estimated delivery date: Monday, May 10, 2021 by end of day The delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package." and the customer support don't seem to understand that this means the warehouse hasn't even handed off the package to Fedex. I can't get them to do anything, they don't seem to understand basic concepts... I'm waiting until tomorrow to contact them again but it's really irritating when a company prominently displays "Free Next-Day Delivery, No minimum." at the top of their web page and they can't even be bothered to deliver a single item within a week.

Just don't say anything about it being on sale or the coupon starting that day and they won't care. Thank You. I ordered Apple Airpods PRO for 237$. Chat with Staples to get it price match with Costco or Visions (262$). Get the price match Ticket Number for that chat, so they will confirm you will get 67$+tax back. then go and order the Airpods PRO with 25$ off coupon. then chat with them again with order number to get the refund kick started
