Anyone replace the wheels that are more hardwood floor friendly? Any pros/cons of the rubber 2-wheel casters vs. rollerblade wheel style? Price is roughly the same, but I've never used either before.
Just picked these up and they are silent when rolling on hardwood now. Well worth it!

FYI if you go to the Staples on Steeles/Yonge, theres a sign that says it $37.59 and it will ring up at that as well. Make sure you point out the website price of $23.49.

Not showing those prices in the West- first one appears at regular price of $44.99
Second one has one really bad review- compared to the black version (if they are the same)
Humbly, ignore the reviews for now, try it on your Hyken before you decide. Check with a CT clerk to make sure you can return it, if need be.

I got the hardwood floor friendly caster as well for $23. Very quite wheel.

Thanks for the advice, picked up a set. For $24, it's worth it.

Here's a $20 off $200 coupon. It says it's unique and can only be used once. Nevertheless since I got it from another site and have used it successfully it should work for everyone.

The Hyken chair alone won't be enough to get the $20 off. However if you also order a chair mat, many of which are also on sale, and/or hardwood friendly casters, etc. it's not hard to get to the $200 threshold.

The coupon number is 5990199005166765 for easy copy/pasting.

N.B. that the Hyken chair deal ends 04Jun. The coupon is good until 29May.

On the product page, it states "Offer Expires on 06/04/2019"?

Ooops. Thanks for the clarification. The original end date came in an email that announced the chair sale. Now that I've looked at it more closely it seems to apply to the $10 off/min $75 coupon that was included in that email.

Has anyone noticed the chair on their flyer is ... backwards? The arm rests and the seat itself are both installed backwards??

Can anyone help me out with how the arm rests are? Are they cushioned? Or just hard metal underneath a cover?

Is this really that good of a deal? I'm looking for an office chair, if I can write it off I might splurge for a Herman Miller.

Personal preference.

This isn't luxurious comfort, this is practical comfort for productive work.

The Managing Director's plush $1,000 leather chair is not this.

God bless.

Yes, the Hyken probably isn't for me as I'll be using a chair for video game playing and watching movies. The Serta Managers chairs are what I'm more likely to be looking at. Though I do work at a desk part of the day, I also use a less expensive manager's chair I got last year. That has helped my back immensely. I'll be looking at the cushions now that they are on sale. Thanks again...

It's good to talk these thoughts out publicly, so others can clarify what kind of chair suits their needs.

Thank you, as well.
