Thanks for your info. I gave them a call too. They told me for the gift card that I have received a receipt for, it will arrive, just system is congested. For the transactions that I see pending on my CC (but never received a receipt in my email), they will cancel those ones and refund us the money in the next 3 days or so. An email will be sent out.

How are people getting these offers?! I have access to the app, on their email, A .ca account and I STILL had no idea !
