Starbucks STOPPED giving out Bonus Stars & Challenges.

I get it we're supposed to stay home but why end it for those who are Essential Workers that need their Venti half sweet, no whip White Mocha with nutmeg. lol

The drive thru seems to be always have at least 5 whenever I pick up an order.

While a certain Starbucks location across the street from a Loblaws is closed (no drive thru, etc)
the Starbucks inside the Loblaws is very much open and making a killing off of customers that are grabbing and going.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

For the early Starbucks stars program adopters, they used to give 10 stars per online post purchase survey. Oh the glory days...and the devaluation that ensues afterwards.

Yeah I noticed that too last couple times I went to Starbucks--no offers just nonsense about how they're "there for you during COVID" or whatever generic double-talk nonsense they all have up these days  At least McDonald's still has offers (not great ones but still there); and McD's coupons are good for another week. I have a feeling the longer this goes on the fewer app offers, print/mailer coupons, general deals, the usual fast food places will have :(

The degradation of the loyalty program has been the number one thing that has made me visit Starbucks (a lot) less often.
The second factor would be the high variance in drink quality across their locations.

I don't think Starbucks is losing any customers.

40+ vehicles in Mississauga by Hurontario & Eglinton.

Crazy

The one on Park Lawn is always about 20 cars deep, spilled down Park Lawn. Sometimes the Tims/ Starbucks drive through lanes merge and its a disaster!! I really wish they had mobile pickup, even at the door.
