Bought this way back when. Can vouch for it because it really is quite fun and hilarious at the same time. Don't be fooled by the kiddie graphics. It's a brutal, brutal war sim at heart.

I just logged in on the steam app and when I went to the page, it automatically added to my library.

You must have already owned it, since it was previously given away from Humble Bundle.

Hopefully Steam will get this sorted out by tomorrow.

Adding it is easy, to problem is buying it on 0 dollars since it gives an error every time no matter how many times I remove it from the cart and putting it back on

Execute javascript:addToCart( 724690) in the console from the inspect element on the buy page one time and when the error appears execute it on the error page again.
