Some of the best games ever made in there.

What an absolute steal of a price!

I checked my library and I've got every single title except for the last two "DOTA 2" and "The Lab" (which I presume is about a dog or something).

Dota 2 is free so not sure what's included there.

DOTA 2 and The Lab are both free.

The last 4 games on the list are free, but the retail cumulative price of all the other games is still $150 and is on sale for $8.

They only charge you for the games not in your library

Let's be honest though, that is about $10 worth of games for about $10.

I disagree. HL2 and CS Source alone are worth at least $10ea imo

I have spent around $100 per year on dota2 since 2014 so I highly doubt it is a free game.... Face With Tears Of Joy

Oh man, if this prompts a resurgence in Day of Deafeat Source, which it won't since it doesn't cater to Twitch/Youtube like CS, I'd be so happy.

And yet people bought NES classic for like $100 for games that are almost 30 years old, and readily available on emulators.

wtf classic consoles come with new hardware and controllers that can be modded to do more than what they can out of the box. what an atrocious comparison lmao

No shit, but HL2 is a classic and will keep anyone engaged who's playing it for the first time regardless of when they play it. CS Source is worth that because it's CS in the Source engine and it has a massive amount of of mods and maps.

No one is disputing the quality of HL2 but next to no one plays CS Source as it was succeeded by CSGO many years ago now. In any case suggesting that "HL2 and CS Source alone are worth at least $10ea imo" in 2019 is hilarious as both games have been on sale for like a few dollars countless times before

Again, this exists in emulator form, that requires already existing hardware (a typical laptop or phone) and controllers that can be bought for a fraction of the price. I don't see why you'd be willing to shell out $100 for essentially a plastic cover.
