Steel top gazebo with a hole on the roof…

Hi. I just had my sojag Valencia steel top gazebo installed. And there is a hole close to the top 1/4 of the roof. It’s the size of a screw but It doesn’t appear to be from attached to anything so I don’t think it’s meant to be a missing screw hole. It also doesn’t look like the install drilled something bu accident.

I guess my question is, is this by design? (do hard top gazebo need a hole for ventilation or something)

My guess it’s the spot where the part WAx1 goes
Winking Face

As there is only one of this part … and it’s the last thing installed
It’s often overlooked / forgotten

it's actually not. I think it's page 18 of O/O1 or N/N1.

i guess now it might be a bit late to fix it by taking eveything down. can i patch it with gorilla tape?

Do you have a picture? 2 weeks ago I installed a Sojag gazebo at my parents house and there is no hole in the roof. It is not the same model as you but it is similar.
Try not! Do or do not, there is no try...
