Anything I can do. ?? Or I assume rogers is throttling me.

Maybe it’s the wireless network or your stream box. Try connecting direct to the modem to see.

For my mother in law, I've had to connect via VPN to access VOIP and streaming as Rogers was causing problems for those services.

I'd have to check but I think I also use NordVPN with the Fire TV (Toshiba).
If I get a chance when I get out there tomorrow, I'll verify the settings.
