[Amazon.com] Street Fighter IV Tournament Edition Fight Stick $99... Warm? (U.S. Only)

I have no idea if this is a hot deal or not and it only applies to those with a U.S. address but Amazon.com has a Street Fighter IV fighting stick on sale for $99 from $149.

Link

Doesn't apply to most of us Canadians but for the few Street Fighter Fans out there, enjoy.

Might want to change topic to mention it being a tournament edition stick.

$100 is a pretty good price for a brand new version of this. Probably just trying to make room for the SSFIV sticks.

If I didn't have one already and if I lived in the US, this deal would be fairly hot.

the tourney edition used higher quality parts such as the joystick and buttons... as i recall they use high quality arcade parts and that the tourney edition is also easy to mod/replace parts that reflect your fighting style (i.e changing the gate, changing the buttons and etc)

If you're going to spurge then just buy the tournament. You need to buy this only once because all the parts are replaceable if they get worn out

For the casual end user, the only time you'll really notice a difference between the two is in the tournament scene or higher level offline play.
I'm a casual gamer whom has both and I honestly can barely tell the difference.

Just to note the normal and TE edition are the same in a modding sense. The buttons are replaced identically

The TE uses Sanwa parts(Same as the real arcade machine) which you couldnt buy and put in the normal one for less then $50

As the previous poster mentioned, you will be kicking yourself when your stock buttons and stick fail and ends up costing you more then the difference to get the TE.

In case anyone else has a US address gogamer has a 48 hour sale (~17 hours left) on Round 2 TE for $99.90

I have the PS3 version of TE... honestly, it's an awesome piece of machinery but I haven't used it nearly as much as I thought I might. I'd really like a second one so that people don't groan when I pull it out. As it stands, I don't have anywhere to put the first one since it's really LARGE.

I've got a 360 one that I have been meaning to dual mod but got lazy. Great stick. Big and heavy so you'll need to make sure you have space for it.

Nice collection. I've wanted the TE for some time. I remember how limited they were at the beginning. Still pricey but maybe I'll cave soon since its much cheaper now than before.

I've used his service numerous time. I highly recommend him if you need to ship something from the states.

He only charges you $2 for the service and I think $1 for each additional item. I'm not sure how much shipping will be for this but I guess it will be around $130 all together if you use GFC's services.

GoGamer.com might be the better deal if you go through GFC.

so how does it work exactly, do you buy the item, put their shipping address, then they ship it to you, OR
do they buy the item for you and you then pay them for the item, shipping to you + 2$?
