not surprised. Many people I know (incl myself) stopped going to that location because of their terrible service (slow and rude) ... are they under “new management” now?

Weird. We moved offices into there about 3 months ago. I've had zero issues with Subway staff . Super friendly and generous with toppings. The A&W staff there are also fantastic.
