I am wondering if Gorilla tape will work or not
i don't think it's rated for under water application, unless they make a version that is?

$10 vinyl kit available almost anywhere is what I used for my kid’s pool when our outdoor cat used to drink out of it and use his claws to have a better grip.

Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape

Shoe goo will work. Clean it, very lightly roughen it with a fine sandpaper and use a Ice Cube to smooth out the goo.

I've patch inflatable mattresses like this.
