suggestions on finding an electrician in Mississauga/GTA

I need some electrical work done in my basement reno. It's all open at the moment - framing and insulation only (building permit approved)
I want an electrician to come in and run new wiring for the new receptacle and lighting circuits and to connect to the sub panel
I have a plan of what I want (pot lights, receptacle and switch positions & circuit layouts etc)

Does anyone know a good way to get a decent electrician in to quote and (more importantly) take on the work? I've not had great luck in the past with contractors - chasing them for quotes, not committing to doing in the work etc etc. It's always been a frustrating process

any hints/suggestions on where to source a sparky would be gratefully received
