Suggestions hotel LA area

For your final night, I recommend u stay at an LAX hotel (like Hilton LAX or 4 Points Sheraton) to be closer to LAX and avoid any weekday rush hour traffic from suburbs into LAX. My convention rate at Hilton LAX for 2 dbl beds was $135 US/night.

I previously stayed 2 nights at Days Inn near East Hollywood. Pay for decent breakfast in hotel about $6.
Possible itinerary from LAX on day 1:
- pick up rental car, drive to Huntington Library (Blue Boy painting) and int'l grounds, Shakespeare folio. $25 admission. Visit Griffith's Park and observatory (as seen in Charlie's Angels #2 movie) after sunset.
Day 2:
- visit J. Paul Getty Ctr museum, Santa Monica pier, Venice Beach ocean front walk
Day 3:
- Hollywood walk of fame (practically no public washrooms available unless u pay for restaurant meal), Sunset Boulevard, Rodeo Drive, Beverley Hills, Mulholland Dr, Disney Concert Hall (if u like fancy Gehry architecture). Little Tokyo and Chinatown nothing spcl if u r familiar with Chinatowns in Canada. Citadel Outlet mall.
Day 4:
- depends on your hobbies or interests of partner: Petersen Auto Museum, L.A. County Museum (Picasso paintings), Japanese Art Pavilion, drive Melrose Ave, Whiskey a-Go-Go store, lunch at Fairfax shopping district, Grove Farmer's Market.
