I wonder if it's free returns or not. Their outlet sales are usually final sale. Website currently suggests free shipping/ returns.

I checked with their live chat, it's a 30-day free return window. Not sure about exchanges but at this price - there won't be anything left.

It looks like good deals, but not everything is 50% off. Considering I literally have a navy suit that I've worn once and need to get altered, I think it's best to pass on this although I've wanted one for awhile. Just don't actually need a suit for work, and can't find other opertunities to wear one.

I agree. I didn't buy a full suit this time because the chances to wear them are so few. For me, dressing up is a sport coat/ trousers.

Btw there's other deals if you're interested - bags/ accessories (leather belts, wallets <$15)

I bought a sport coat for $265. Thanks OP!

Is it just me or are the lapels on their jackets really wide.

Stuff I was interested in was 50% off. I think there's a few 30% and 70% off - but not in my sizes. Their full canvas Jort suits are a crazy deal if in your size.

I find the majority of their stock to be with super skinny lapels. I think anywhere between 2.5-3" wide. The stuff in this outlet sale is slimmer than last year's. I prefer wider lapels 3.5-4" wide.

Darn basically all the leather belts are size 42 which is ummm... not even close to me. Found one 38, but having to punch my own hole a few inches down is a bit too annoying, and well it's not one of the cheaper belts so not really worth it. Good luck to anyone that gets something they needed though. Really getting tempted to just buy something, suits last forever if you don't wear them right? lol. I got burned pretty hard last time I saw a suit sale and bought a dirt cheap grey suit that fits so poorly that I didn't even try to get altered. So now I kind of want a grey suit just to have, but the only darker grey option is a bit too expensive for- I want to own one, just cuz.

SS is awesome. These are amazing prices. I have two suits from them. So i know the style fit I need.

If you ever get a chance to go in store, the service is top notch. there is only one location in Toronto, in Yorkville. but it is a international brand.

Thanks a lot for the post!

Been looking in vain for proper shirts since moving in Canada 3 years ago. Picked 4 white extra slims - hope they will turn out good!

Very much appreciated!

Well so much for recession...bought 2 coats (blue alpaca overcoat and grey raincoat) I didn't need and a dark brown holdall. Great price though, lol Thanks OP, you guaranteed me at least a week in the doghouse with the wife.

Usually for this kind of belt you can remove the buckle and cut to the size you want. No need to punch holes except to reattach the buckle in some cases.

If there is 30 day window for the return, do I have to ship it to its warehouse given the store is closed?

How does ordering a suit work? Are they already pre-made? Or do I order one, wait for the pandemic to be over and then go in and get measured?

Has anyone ever gone through the returns process? What is it like?
