Sun Joe Deal of the Day - expires tonight!

I picked this up back in March for $200 + shipping + taxes and now is even cheaper at $149. I had paid US$270 which is about $337 Cdn all-in. There were no additional duties or brokerage fees and shipping was fast. Unit sells for $568 on Amazon and $679 at HD. Been happy with it so far.

Edit: the actual motor unit seems very solid as well as the connections. Much better than the Karchers I've had in the past. Haven't used the detergent tank and the hose reel is a bit flimsy. I've been using it for car wash duties and picked up this foam cannon off Amazon

Also, if you buy 2, shipping is slightly cheaper per unit. I ended up ordering 2 as my friend was looking for a pressure washer as well.

$213 USD shipped to BC seems like a great deal, especially with the US dollar being so weak now. I’m tempted to sell the $99 Walmart Sunjoe I picked up and replace it with this model.

This is still about CAD270 for Ontario.

Understand this is 2 GPM but isn’t 1300 psi a bit low?

Same question. What's the advantage of this PRO series compared to other Sun Joe's with higher PSI rating?

Do they explicitly state anywhere on the website that there wouldn't be any customs/duty/brokerage charges? I'm worried that it will vary with which shipping company is used, which may be different depending on destination, etc. I would pull the trigger if there was some certainty other than your one experience OP. Hoping anyone else can confirm. Thanks!

Looks like this one uses some kind of triplex pump that last 5x as long than the cheap axial pump

usually for washing car and using foam cannon the GPM matters more than PSI

When I bought mine, I did an online chat with them and she confirmed that there would be no additional charges at delivery. I think it was shipped out of Mississauga which would explain why it got delivered so quickly (shipped Mar 26, arrived Apr 1)

This is an amazing deal. None of the above examples get you 2 GPM. The total output is psi x gpm. Try to find a similar powerful model at this price range with induction motor and axial pump

For reference, see ccc.com/product/B07BSTN6S2

Well, the rated flow, which specifies the actual GPM you get at the nozzle, is only 1.8 GPM. Similarly the rated pressure is only 1000 PSI. Specs are available at OP's link. Not to say other manufacturers don't play the numbers game.

For cars, see obsessed garage's spreadsheet for pressure washers, Page 8 : https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1239/ ... Update.pdf

the 9004-pro and 9006-pro are the same motor, but as you can see, much cheaper SPX2500 is not far off and much cheaper. If you're going to be using it stock like most, the 9006-pro here is still a pretty good deal IMO
